TLC Auto Wash & Fast Lube
Charity Car Wash Program Policies
* Must be a Non-Profit Organization and you must provide a current Federal Tax ID Number.
* Organization Chair Person must fill out an application and return it to the Office Manager at 5011 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, N.C. 28311. All information, including address and two phone numbers, must be supplied. The Chair Person will be responsible for the coupons.
All applications are subject to approval.
* Organizations will sell TLC Auto Wash & Fast Lube’s $10.00 Charity Card.
* Organizations will keep $5.00 per card sold and will return $5.00 to TLC Auto Wash & Fast Lube. All cards must be paid for or returned by the date on the contract.
* Organizations are permitted to sell up to 100 cards with an approved contract.
* Organizations have 31 days to complete the fundraiser.
* Organizations may sell additional cards within the 31 day contract period only after payment in full of the original cards. Additional time will not be added to a contract.
* Organizations are allowed to participate in the Charity Car Wash Program one time per year.
